Our Story
Scholarly was born from our shared experiences as students and children of educators. Growing up, we witnessed our parents—teachers and school administrators—spending countless evenings buried in paperwork instead of focusing on what they loved: teaching and mentoring students.
When we became university students, we saw the same inefficiencies from another perspective. Administrative delays affected our registration, scheduling, and grade reports. We knew there had to be a better way. In 2023, we combined our backgrounds in education and technology to create Scholarly—a platform built by people who truly understand the challenges faced by educational institutions.

Summer 2022
After witnessing our parents stay up late yet again to process student registrations manually, we began researching existing school management systems and discovered most were outdated, expensive, and difficult to use.
- From Concept to Reality
Spring 2023
We assembled a team of educators and developers to design a prototype that addressed the most pressing administrative pain points we identified through surveys and interviews with school staff.
